Now I lay thee down to sleep
On Saturday Dave and I went to visit his parents and to attend class at the Open Door for World Tai Chi day. As we anticipated everyone knew and those who didn't did by the time the morning was over. What we didn't know is that we would get our first gift for our bundle of joy. We went back to Stew and Sue's house to change before heading out to lunch. After everyone was ready Sue told us she had a gift for the baby. She pulled this beautiful quilt out of a bag, but the most wonderful touch is she is cross stitching the design. When we saw the quilt it brought tears to our eyes. What a wonderful gift. It means so much that she is taking the time to hand-make her grandchild a beautiful blanket to keep them warm.
Thank you Sue.
