Fast Approaching One Year

 
 

Thought everyone might enjoy some pictures. Matty is almost walking now and is as precocious as ever. He is into everything he can climb into or stand up against. And yes that does include his crib and the sliding glass door in the family room, even the end tables seem to be a source of intrigue (he managed to climb through the one that leads to the kitchen to see what I was doing...I have the pictures to prove it).

Enjoy and hopefully we will be able to post video of him walking when the dreaded ...cough, cough.... I mean when the wonderful day comes:-) 

It's All Downhill From Here

When Dr. Jezyek told us Matty's deveoplment would happen more quickly after he learned to roll over we thought we will see. Well he was right. Dear god was he right. Quickly was an understatement. In the past two months Matty has gotten his two bottom front teeth, started crawling, sitting up (which by the way he can do all by himself from a crawling position), Saying "dada" and "baba", Recoginzing his name and the baby signs we've taught him and the most recent deveoplement pulling himself to a standing position. He's even showed interset in walking by starting to move his feet along what he's holding on to to get to something else. Running and really terrorizing the dogs is not far off.
